Employee General Requirement Requirements:

 

  1.  You must be at least 21 years old (we will occasionally accept 18 year olds) and mature enough to handle the challenges of living in a foreign country for an extended period of time.


    You must have strong English comprehension and speaking skills.


    You must be willing to work hard and approach this job in a mature and responsible way - you can and will be fired if you are deemed to be a poor performer.


    You are required to understand and will be expected to fulfill the duties of the position stated in your job offer.


    You must have a good work ethic and be a pleasant person who will do well in a customer service oriented environment.


    You will be expected to have a good attitude towards customers and fellow workers, a willingness to please and enthusiasm for the job.


    You are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of your employer.


    You must have the ability to work under pressure.


    Work experience in a related field is helpful.


    You must be drug free, medically fit and have no criminal record.


    You must have a valid passport at the time of application that expires after November 2006.

    You must be able to demonstrate strong family ties to your home country and the intention to return home at the end of your work experience.
 
J-1 Work and Travel
 
Application procedures

Step 1.Be informed! Read carefully what Work and Travel Program has to offer you. You can also contact Devyne Consulting Group  by phone or email. If you are interested to participate in this program you have to submit your resume and the proof of your student status. Devyne Consulting Group will check then your eligibility and arrange you for an interview.

Step 2 The interview. Every applicat selected will have an interview with an Work Experince local representative. Have your passport with you.

Step 3 Acceptace. Once your acceptance has been confirm you have to fill in the Application Form Work and Travel, printed and sign by you and submit it to Devyne Consulting Group office together with other required documents.

Step 4 The Contract.Devyne Consulting Group  will review your application and we will submit it to our overseas sponsors.The applicats will sign the mediation contract with our agency and will make the program fee payment to our sponsors.

 Step 5 Once our US sponsors have found the position for you, we will send you an Employment Agreement form with the job description for you to sign. After you have signed it,and make the proof of program fee payment,Devyne Consulting Group will issue your DS 2019 form.

Step 6 You need to go to the USA Embassy or Consular Office in your home country to apply for J-1 visa. Buy a return airline ticket with dates corresponding with your employment dates. You also need to attend the orientation during which you will be advised on what to do once you have arrived in the USA.
